I am looking for a talented designer who can create a digital advertisement to promote a specific product/service. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating eye-catching and compelling digital ads that drive conversions.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in digital design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create ads that effectively communicate the benefits of the product/service
- Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to create visually appealing ads

The main goal of this advertisement is to promote the specific product/service and attract potential customers. The design should be engaging, persuasive, and aligned with the overall brand image. We have attached the list via excel you may design it in whatever way you find would work. There needs to be a front page as well as a page to describe us and a page to discuss our long term programs.
