Vibrant Advertisement Templates for Psychometric Tool

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create 2-3 digital advertisement templates for our company's Psychometric Tool, the MMPI-2 (both regarding a new online platform we are creating and our training to administer and intrpret the tool).
Requirements:
* Openness to using any color scheme, no specific preference
* Ability to illustrate specific images or elements we have in mind
