TikTok ad For dropshipping product -- 2

I'm looking to create a TikTok ad for my dropshipping product and I need help creating it. The target audience for my ad is both Gen Z (ages 16-24) and Millennials (ages 25-39). I want my ad to include product shots and be 15-30 seconds long. I need help designing and producing my ad, as well as optimizing it and providing quality assurance. I would like to ship the product to whoever can help me and personally record the ad with a pet for maximum quality.
