Static & Motion Graphics & Video Ad Guru for IT Agency

I'm looking for a Facebook Ad Creation Specialist focused on our IT agency clients. Your role will involve crafting dynamic video, motion graphics and static ads that capture attention and drive engagement to convert into leads for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and producing high-quality video ads with minimal input
- Understanding the target audience and tailoring content accordingly
- Optimizing ads for maximum reach and engagement on Facebook
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating engaging video ads
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Strong understanding of Facebook ad algorithms and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content on a tight schedule
Example of ads that might be similar to what we need is attached. An example would be we want to create both static ads and also motion graphics add for our IT agency that would attract tradesmen to sign up to our Agency to drive leads for them. This would initially creating graphics that would have information to attract their attention like Are you a tradesmen need leads? Guaranteed money back if no direct leads. Then of course relevant information about what we offer (ie website, ad managments, google my business etc) and of course nice graphics relevant to Tradesemen,
Of we might need ad created for Landscaping Client which be high converting motion graphics or static add or even nice video add.
Depends on client. Need pricing per hour or per add ie Motion Graphics Ad X price, Static X price, Video X price
