PDF creation for marketing

I am looking for a freelancer in the same or similar time zone as us (Australia) who can create up to 4 promotional brochures in PDF format for marketing. We will need the PDF with and without bleed lines. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually clean brochures and should be able to incorporate our preferences and style which is reflected on our website into the design. Our objective is to promote our energy services which include embedded networks for strata, commercial solar and energy procurement. We will only accept bids that are inclusive of all costs for the project. Thank you.
