Looking for a advertising creative team 2

We're an advertising agency looking to hire a team of creative individuals to create content and advertising pieces for the Facebook, tiktok and snap chat platforms. The team we hire must comprise of (or have access to) copy writers, creative team leaders and individuals willing to be on camera or be able to hire the required people to be on camera. We're looking for 10-20 pieces of content a week, but we will be providing the initial concepts and most videos will be just minor adjustments of the original video that we provide. When a concept is given, the idea is that the whole thing will be needed to be recreated from scratch and then different variations made for individual pieces of the smaller components so that the video is considered "unique" to the ad review bots.
