Design Bilingual Text Ads for Law Office

I need two text message advertisements created for me to use for my law office in central Florida in the United States. They will be mostly the same except for some different words in the text for each one. I will provide all of the words for each text. I need someone to design the 2 texts message, including colors (red and matching color design) the placement of the text and the font size. The 2 texts will have a main first page and several pages or sections that follow the main page. I will need two texts in English. Also, I will provide the same written text information in Spanish. So, actually the total will be 4 texts that need to be formatted correctly, 2 for English and the same 2 to Spanish. Below is only part of the information to be included in the text:
