Creative Poster Design for Events

I am looking for talented graphic designers to produce a series of A4-sized posters for events and other advertising needs within a school context. Your output must not only look great but also carry the necessary information and call-to-actions effectively.
Key Specifications:
- Must specialize in creating event and advertising posters.
- Ability to work with a variety of design aesthetics as fitting to a school event context.
- Proficiency in working with A4 (8.3" x 11.7") format.
Ideal Experience and Skills:
- Graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in poster designing.
- Highly creative approach to design with attention to details.
- The ability to think outside the box while keeping within the brand guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of design software.
- Ability to meet deadlines (within 18 hours of receiving the task)
