Build me an ad campaign

We are an endurance racing company and creative person to design our 2023 ad campaign for a half marathon to be used across various mediums (social, email, digital, print). We have the theme/headline developed and need someone to design multiple brand creative ads based upon themes we provide (ie; cheering fans, the course, etc.) Video ad production is a plus. We have a substantial photo and video library that can/should be used.
