American-Vietnamese Cultural Campaign Team

I'm seeking talent for a captivating campaign centered on US and Vietnamese cultures, hence looking for strong American-Vietnamese representation (the team will be diverse so others are welcome too, of course).
The campaign will be run on the West Coast of the US, hence it'd be important for the key team members to live there, in California preferably.
The main roles we need to be filled are:
- Creative Director & Copywriter: You will be pivotal in coming up with compelling, fun ideas and crafting our campaign's tone.
- Art Director: Your role will be to create visually appealing and culturally resonant content.
- Strategist: We need someone who can plan and execute this campaign with precision.
- Integrated Producer: Your responsibility will be to oversee the seamless execution of our campaign across different platforms.
This will be an integrated campaign with social media and influencers at the heart of it, but the final media mix depends on the idea. Creativity and strong copywriting skills are crucial for our success, as is a deep understanding of the American-Vietnamese culture.
