Advertisement for education page

I am looking for someone to design an advertisement for an education page to be featured on Instagram. The primary goal of the advertisement would be to promote a specific program to High School students. The successful candidate must have experience in designing and running campaigns on Instagram, have a good understanding of the best practices in terms of targeting and creative design, and be able to work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high quality advertisement. This will be an ongoing project, with the successful candidate engaging in regular communication with us to deliver quality results.
