Telerik theme designer for business web application

We're looking for somebody to assist in designing the basic theme for business application web forms using Telerik. This will form the base platform for our design construct moving forward.

I'm looking for somebody who can create Figma designs. We can use MS Bus Central as a basis.

The application is inventory management. The theme should include:

- Fields - Input and display format
- Font & Colour scheme
- Grids - font, layout, sizing
- Frames - presentation
- Buttons
- Dashboard graphics & summary widget information
