1. Objective
Enable SAP Sales Contract Approval Workflow in SAP Fiori My Inbox application.
Currently:
• Workflow is working correctly in SAP GUI Inbox (SBWP)
• Workflow items are generated successfully
• Approvers are receiving work items in SAP Business Workplace
• Workflow is NOT appearing in SAP Fiori My Inbox application

SAP Fiori My Inbox in S/4HANA 2020 does not reliably support classical SAP Business Workflow User Decision tasks for custom workflows.
Hence workflow is visible in SBWP but not visible in Fiori My Inbox.
