Ride-Hailing MVP Blueprint
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m preparing to launch a ride-hailing platform inspired by Uber and Lyft, but I’m starting with a lean MVP. I need an experienced mobile developer or solution architect to map out the essentials so I can move quickly into development.
Scope
• Define the core flows for three key features: ride bookings, driver ratings & reviews, and an in-app payment system.
• Produce low-fidelity screens or wireframes that clearly show passenger and driver journeys from sign-up through payment.
• Outline the recommended tech stack for iOS, Android, and the server side (frameworks, databases, payment gateway, real-time comms).
• Draft an API/module list with brief descriptions of what each endpoint or service will handle.
• Provide a phased roadmap that shows what to build first, approximate effort, and go-live checklist.
Acceptance
The blueprint should let a small team pick it up and start coding without ambiguity. Wireframes can be static (Figma, XD, Sketch) as long as flows and screen states are evident. Technical notes must cover security basics and any third-party SDKs needed for payments or geolocation.
Timeline
I’d like the complete blueprint delivered ASAP, ideally within a week of kickoff.
