Create custom fiori app for Employee Lookup

Create a custom Fiori app to list down the details of an employee based on the input. Details are in the attachment. Important points: SAP UI5 Version is old and is 1.38. Also, the backend is on SAP ECC and the application must be developed using SEGW and CDS views cannot be used. Also, system access cannot be provided.
