BAP for Posting Statistical Key Figures Plan Data

I'm posting Statistical Key Figures (SKF) plan data through KE13 and validate it in COSR table. I want to load SKF programmatically through BAPI. Can you tell me what BAPI to use, how to use it? See attached document.
