ABAP MM create and delete requisition. -- 2

Need a FM created for MM module that has to delete and create a requisition. will provide additional details once the offer is accepted.
I don't have proper option to select the estimate of this work, it is about 4hours of work even if you stretch it out, so fairly a simple development.
