I need a User Interface designer For Monthly work

I want a UI designer for daily Work. You will require to work from 8pm to 11pm according to Indian Standard Time.
Experience required in Adobe XD.
New Designers are welcome to bid.
I will first give you a task and if you do it correctly you will be selected. Its a monthly payment of 1500-2000. No bargains please. Only bid if you are ready with the price.

Also I do not care about your degrees. I want someone who can be professional and consistent. You have to work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. you can definitely take leave but you need to tell me beforehand.
Also a long term project. If you do well you stay and work on more projects with me.
