Wireframes for Windows Desktop Application

I am looking to create a wireframe of a desktop application for Windows 11 operating system. The initial phase of the design is based on existing paper-based forms, however, there may be some additional features or requirements. I am expecting the full wireframe to contain hundreds of pages / screens. However, this first trial project only requires two pages. The goal is to mimic the official paper-based forms as nearly as possible. Familiarity with WinUI 3 a plus.
