Productivity App Graphic Design Overhaul

My team is bringing a new productivity tool to market and the current visuals don’t yet match the smooth workflow we’ve built underneath. The job is to craft a complete graphic design package that gives the app an instantly recognisable, modern look and feel across every screen.

You will redesign the overall visual language—from the splash screen through to the smallest status icon—so that the interface feels clean, intuitive and consistent. High-resolution assets for multiple device densities are required because the app will ship on both iOS and Android.

Key deliverables
• A full set of scalable app icons and action buttons
• A harmonious colour palette and type hierarchy (with font files or licencing details)
• UI layout mock-ups for the main dashboard, task list, detail view and settings screens
• Exported production-ready assets (SVG/PNG) plus the layered source file in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• A concise style guide that explains spacing, font sizes and colour usage so our developers can implement everything exactly as intended

Acceptance criteria
• Screens and assets match the supplied wireframes pixel-perfectly at 1×, 2× and 3× scales
• Palette passes WCAG AA contrast for accessibility
• All exports named according to our naming convention (will be provided)
• Handover includes a short Loom walkthrough of the design file structure

The core productivity flow is stable, so you can focus purely on aesthetics. Feel free to suggest micro-interactions or subtle animations if they enhance usability—just include them in the style guide or as short Lottie files. I will share the current build and brand keywords once we agree to proceed.
