Graphic Designer
Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹100,000 INR
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can manage a team of designers. You and the team will be responsible for producing groundbreaking consumer mobile-first experiences and are expected to understand design paradigms for every interface (from mobile web to native app)
Roles and responsibilities:
Supervise & collaborate with the team on initial concepts, user flows and prototypes.
Attention to detail and care for design execution, from concept through delivery.
You will also work on creating the entire user experience from research to UX Strategy, UX writing to wireframing.
After UX, you’ll work on everything from high-end UI to art direction. From typography to iconography. From sketches to illustrations. From design systems to grid systems. And if you know a little bit of motion graphics, you’ve just jumped the queue!
Participate in all project phases, from research to strategy to launch to optimization.
You’ll team up with product designers, and developers to create original digital experiences and services that reignite industries and reshape companies.
You’ll work on exciting internal digital product ideas, experiment with new tools and learn things your last job never gave you the time for.

Requirements:
You should ideally have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
Ability and desire to solve complex product design problems and the strategy skills to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings, and articulate design rationale.
Experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work daily.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with prototyping tools.
