Create Two Factor Authentication Page From XD

USER STORY As a ScheduPay user, I want see a 2FA full screen dialog so that feel confident that ScheduPay takes security seriously. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA SCENARIO: A new ScheduPay user submits their email to create an account GIVEN: I am on the Create Account full screen dialog. WHEN: I enter my email and click submit THEN: I see a Two Factor Auth full screen dialog appear AND: I can enter the code that will be email to me (NOTE: this is UI only. Don't worry about the email functionality.) WHEN: I click submit THEN: I am back on the login screen. Must have a GitHub account. Please send username if you are interested.
