Corporate Dashboard UI/UX Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m rebuilding our internal corporate ecosystem and need a UI/UX specialist who can translate complex, data–heavy workflows into an intuitive experience across both website and mobile app. The project spans PMO dashboards, an ERP layer, trackers, smart sheets, rich user profiles, document sharing, project-management and CRM modules, so comfort designing large-scale B2B products is essential.
You will start with discovery sessions to understand our existing processes, then move into low-fidelity wireframes before delivering high-fidelity mock-ups and clickable prototypes. I expect a consistent design system—colour, typography, components and states—that works responsively on web and feels native on iOS and Android.
Deliverables
• Design system & UI kit (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD)
• Responsive web layouts covering dashboard, profile management and document sharing flows
• Native mobile screens for the same features plus project-management and CRM journeys
• Interactive prototypes suitable for stakeholder walkthroughs
• Handoff assets and style guide ready for developers
Acceptance criteria
• Clear visual hierarchy for dense data tables and charts
• Seamless navigation linking dashboards, profiles and documents in ≤3 clicks
• Accessibility AA compliance
• All primary breakpoints and mobile resolutions covered
