BRD/UX Specialist for SaaS Arbitration Platform

I need an experienced specialist to create comprehensive Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and User Experience (UX) documentation for a cloud-based SaaS arbitration platform serving legal professionals, disputing parties, and administrative users.
We are building a cloud-based SaaS platform for managing arbitration case workflows—from case registration to final ruling—fully digitized and integrated with Saudi government platforms.
The platform includes:
Secure user communication and messaging
Document management and file attachments
Role-based dashboards for arbitrators, secretaries, admins, parties
Scheduling of hearings (onsite & online)
Digital signature system with OTP and audit trail
Real-time case updates and notifications
Integration with Ministry of Justice, Najiz, Absher, etc.
Automated generation of hearing minutes
Reporting dashboards for all stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Create a clear, modular Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Develop UX documentation: screen-by-screen breakdown, user flows, component descriptions
Document user roles, access levels, workflows, forms, and exception handling
Write user stories and acceptance criteria for each feature
Structure outputs for use by UI designers and backend developers
Technical Methodologies & Skills We Expect:

Use Case & User Flow diagrams
MoSCoW prioritization
Agile-aligned documentation (BRD + FRD separation)
Tools:
Figma / Adobe XD / Balsamiq for annotated screens

Notion / Word / Confluence templates
Jira-compatible user stories with clear formatting
Familiarity with Saudi Digital Government UX Guidelines
Experience in legaltech, justice systems, or role-based SaaS products
Arabic reading ability preferred (see below)

We will provide a detailed Arabic-language explanation of the platform and its screens via video and document.
This is the primary source of requirements.
You must be comfortable working from Arabic material (final docs can be in English).

You understand how to bridge between business users, designers, and engineers
You can work independently, structure documents professionally, and align with product goals
