A short video presentation-KPI Infographic Video Presentation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need to turn a set of Excel-based metrics into a short, polished video that my leadership team can watch instead of scrolling through spreadsheets. The goal is strictly internal reporting, so the focus is clarity and speed of understanding rather than flashy marketing effects.
All visuals should appear as clean, modern infographics—think animated icons, progress dials, and concise call-outs—rather than conventional charts or static tables. The narrative must zero in on our key performance indicators; secondary details such as raw data or deep trend analysis can sit in the background or be supplied as appendices if you feel they help the story flow.
Here’s how I picture the process: you extract the numbers from my Excel file, design a storyboard that groups the KPIs logically, then animate each slide or scene so viewers grasp the message within seconds. Smooth transitions, branded colour palette, and unobtrusive music or a subtle voiceover would be ideal. I’m comfortable with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Power BI, or similar—use whatever lets you deliver crisp 1080p output and share the editable project file in case we need small tweaks later.
Deliverables
• One storyboard (PDF or image deck) for my sign-off
• Final video, 1920×1080 MP4, 2–4 minutes long
• Source project file with linked assets
Acceptance criteria
1. Every KPI from the spreadsheet is included and labelled clearly.
2. Visual style matches our brand colours (I’ll send a swatch).
3. No raw tables or unstyled charts appear on screen; everything reads as an infographic.
4. All text is proof-read and numbers match the Excel original.
