I need an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro specifically: workflow design, automation and proxies.

I am in a unique situation, I am editing a large project and am already a power user; a few links and top level guidance is not enough, I need very specialized knowledge and advice customized to my context. I expect it will take two or three conversations to answer all my questions. I am dealing with a number of issues and need input on the best way to approach them as well as specific techniques and processes for achieving goals. Anyone qualified and interested please respond.
