iPhone Screen Text Replacement

I have a short iPhone screen recording that shows on-screen text in two places. I need those words swapped out for new copy while keeping everything else—font, size, weight, colour, animation timing—identical to the original. When the job is done the viewer should not be able to tell the text was ever changed. Please deliver the finished clip in the same resolution and frame rate as the source file, plus the editable project file (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) in case I need to tweak wording later.
