adobe premiere pro - Chainage editing in video

I am looking for an adobe premiere pro expert to include the chainage(Kilometer data) of the highways in the videos.
Please refer this video, we need an editor to edit the drone video footage with 3 lines showing in the video,CH: 1 +100KM ,longitude and latitude etc details.
Has to train our editor after editing the drone videos.
