YouTube Vlog Editor

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create engaging vlog-style content for my YouTube channel. The videos will be used as social media content to promote my brand.
Key requirements:
- Edit raw footage into captivating vlog-style videos, not boring, not too long.
- Add music, transitions, memes if needed for fun, no cringe and effects to enhance video quality. I can provide my own music because I am an artist.
- Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube's format and algorithms
- Collaborate with me to understand my vision and style. Modern like Emma Chamberlain as an example. Aiming for a big channel with regular content.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience with YouTube content, especially in the vlog genre!
- Strong sense of storytelling and pacing, I have done vlogs with a professional in the past in a different language, so I have a direction I liked already.
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
