Think light colour correction, purposeful cuts that keep the narrative moving, minimal but tasteful text or graphic call-outs, and audio balancing so the final upload is ready for YouTube without extra tweaks from me.
There’s no strict software requirement—whether you prefer Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or another professional tool, I’m fine as long as the export meets YouTube’s 1080p standards and any project files remain accessible for future tweaks. Footage typically arrives in 4K H.264 and runs 15–25 minutes before the edit; final videos land around 8–12 minutes.
Deliverables for each vlog:
• Edited video ready for upload (MP4, H.264, 1080p)
• Matching thumbnail still (grabbed or lightly designed)
• Project file and assets neatly organised in a shared drive
