We are looking for a skilled and creative YouTube video editor to join our team on a long-term basis. Our channel produces high-quality long-form videos (12–30 minutes each) with cinematic storytelling and strong visual appeal.
We upload two videos per week (eight per month) and also require four Shorts from each main video, resulting in 8 long videos and 32 Shorts per month.
We will provide the voiceover and basic video footage. Your responsibility will be to turn these into polished, engaging, and professional-quality videos ready for YouTube.

Editor Deliverables
1. Main Video Editing (12–30 minutes)
• Edit and structure the provided footage with the voiceover
• Ensure perfect sync between visuals and narration
• Add smooth transitions, motion graphics, text animations, and maps
• Include appropriate background music and sound effects (royalty-free)
• Perform color correction and cinematic grading
• Add intro/outro, logo animation, and watermark
• Maintain consistent pacing, tone, and branding across all videos
2. Shorts Creation
• Create four Shorts (30–60 seconds each) from every main video
• Deliver in vertical (9:16) format with captions and engaging pacing
• Focus on highlights, hooks, or impactful segments from the main video
3. Final Deliverables
• One full-length video (4K or 1080p) optimized for YouTube
• Four Shorts (1080x1920 vertical) optimized for YouTube/Instagram
• Source project files (.prproj / .aep / assets) if requested
4. Timeline
• Two main videos per week (eight per month)
• Thirty-two Shorts per month (four per video)
• Minor revisions to be completed within 24–48 hours
