YouTube Video Editor Needed for Top 10 Channel (French Content | Long-Term)

Description:
I'm looking for a video editor/content creator to help produce professional YouTube videos for my Top 10-style French channel. Each video will be 8 to 11 minutes long, and you'll be provided with the voice-over audio.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging video content using Pictory as a base (text-to-video, auto-sync, etc.).
Replace/modify content from original English YouTube videos into French (new visuals, clips, effects).
Add clips, photos, or even short movie segments where appropriate to enhance storytelling.
Use transitions, text animations, sound effects, and music to make the final video high quality.
Occasionally work with real footage if needed, not just rely on AI-generated visuals.
Requirements:
Experience with Pictory or similar tools (Descript, Kapwing, etc.).
Solid video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Able to adapt an existing video (in English) into a new French version.
French language knowledge is a plus, but not strictly required if you can work with the provided script/audio.
Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to pacing, emotion, and flow.
Bonus:
Understanding of YouTube algorithms, watch time optimization, and audience retention.
Able to handle a long-term collaboration with multiple videos per week.
