YouTube Video Editor Needed

I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos that captivate our audience.
Responsibilities:
• Edit long-form and short-form videos for our YouTube channel.
• Work with raw footage, including B-roll, audio, and graphics.
• Add visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance videos.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for the YouTube platform, including correct aspect ratios and file sizes.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to understand project goals and deliver a final product that meets expectations.
• Manage and organize video files and project assets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a video editor, specifically with a portfolio of work on YouTube.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of YouTube best practices, including audience retention, pacing, and calls to action.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
