YouTube Video Editor & Manager -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a 124 K–subscriber Hindi-language channel that explores history and other educational topics in a fast-paced, documentary format. I’m looking for a single person who can both craft the videos and handle the publishing workflow end to end.
The creative style I need is highly creative with polished motion graphics, sound design, and other effects that keep viewers glued from hook to outro. You should be completely at home in Adobe Premiere Pro, since that’s where the project files already live.
On the thumbnail side, I rely on bold text, high-contrast colour schemes, and impactful close-ups to drive clicks, so an eye for design is essential.
Typical monthly workload: six to seven videos, usually 8–15 minutes each. For every release you will:
• edit the raw voice-over, stock footage, maps, archival clips, and B-roll into a cohesive story
• design the thumbnail matching the elements above
• write a title and description that are SEO-friendly and schedule the upload inside YouTube Studio, applying cards, end screens, and playlists as needed
An understanding of YouTube SEO—keyword placement, CTR optimisation, and retention hooks—is important. Prior experience with educational or documentary channels, especially in Hindi, will stand out.
To be considered, send links to at least three recent videos you’ve edited along with the matching thumbnails. If we’re a fit, this can turn into a long-term collaboration.
