Hello! I’m Dr Alex, I work as a doctor in the UK, but over the last 6 months I’ve also been posting daily long-form educational YouTube videos…
During this time I’ve grown to 400,000 subscribers (through my long form content only). Phase two of my growth plan is to begin posting 2-3 daily shorts across all platforms whilst continuing my daily long-form videos. I plan to reach 1,000,000 subscribers by the end of the year.
What I need is more time to focus on the things that matter. I have recently acquired a video editor, but I’m not convinced they can handle my capacity demand unfortunately...
I am in need of an editor who can handle 7 long videos (20 mins) and up to 20 shorts per week. I want to treat this as a scalable business, and so I need someone with this mindset of fast, professional delivery and the ability to grow as the brand grows.
I am building a large health media brand with ambitious long-term plans, and I am looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and play a meaningful role in that journey, and streamline as much as possible along the way.
