YouTube Shorts Video Editor Needed -- 2
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We produce high-volume viral YouTube Shorts.
We’re looking for one more editor to join the team.
The role:
6 Shorts per day, 6 days a week
Retention-focused editing — the first 1–2 seconds are critical
We provide: script, ElevenLabs voiceover, and 5 reference videos
You deliver: a finished 9:16 video within 24 hours, ready to publish
You’re a good fit if:
You’re comfortable working in both Premiere Pro and After Effects
You have experience editing Shorts, Reels, or TikToks (TTS content is a strong plus)
You understand pacing, hooks, and viewer retention
You’re reliable and consistent — this is a structured workflow, not occasional work
Your written English is solid (Spanish is a bonus)
Compensation:
$5 per Short (flat rate)
$180 per week, paid via the platform
Consistent workload from day one
Paid test video at full rate — no unpaid work
Long-term opportunity if it’s a good fit (our current editors have been with us over a year)
