The job, in plain terms:

6 Shorts per day, 6 days a week
Fast-paced, retention-first editing — hook in the first 1.5 seconds or we're dead
You get: script, ElevenLabs voiceover, 5 reference videos to match
You deliver: finished 9:16 video, 24 hours, no back-and-forth

You're right for this if:

Premiere Pro and After Effects are second nature to you (both, not one)
Your portfolio has Shorts, Reels, or TikToks — TTS-style content is gold
You actually understand why retention editing works, not just how to cut
You show up every day. This is a real workflow, not a side quest.
Your written English is solid (Spanish is cool but not needed)
