I have a stream of raw footage that needs turning into punchy YouTube Shorts as well as polished, full-length videos ready to publish on my channel. Every clip should carry a consistent look, crisp pacing, engaging transitions, and on-brand graphics so viewers instantly recognize my style.
Here’s how I picture the workflow: I’ll upload the source files (4K where available, mixed camera angles, and separate audio) to a shared drive; you cut, color-grade, balance audio, add motion titles or lower thirds where needed, insert royalty-free music I approve, and deliver back two assets per project—one vertical Short (under 60 seconds, 9:16) and one horizontal full video (8–12 minutes, 16:9). Final exports must be optimized for YouTube, H.264, high bitrate, with thumbnail frame suggestions marked.
I don’t need a lengthy proposal—just show me your experience: links to finished Shorts or longer edits you’ve completed, mention which tools you’re most comfortable with (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar), and any turn-around time you can guarantee. If we’re a good fit, there will be ongoing weekly work.
