YouTube Shorts Reel Editing

I have raw footage that needs to become a punchy, vertical reel for YouTube Shorts. The finished cut should stay under 60 seconds, feel fast-paced, and keep viewers hooked with tight storytelling, smooth transitions, tasteful text call-outs, balanced audio, and colour that pops.
All clips and any brand assets will be in your hands as soon as we kick things off. Please return two items: a ready-to-upload 9:16 .mp4 and the editable project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent) so I can tweak if needed.
Timing is flexible but I want to publish within a month, so a first draft after two weeks—followed by any refinements—will keep us on track. If you have past YouTube Shorts or similar reels that show you understand mobile-first framing and quick pacing, link them in your bid.
