I have a backlog of finance-and-technology footage that needs to become polished, educational YouTube content. All clips are already organised; what I need is your creative eye to weave them into cohesive, viewer-friendly episodes that teach without ever feeling dry.

Using the editor of your choice—Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut—please handle pacing, colour, sound, and motion graphics so the final cut looks native to YouTube. Clean jump cuts, smooth transitions, on-brand lower thirds, relevant stock b-roll, and royalty-free background music are part of the brief. When an episode calls for it, I’d also love a click-worthy custom thumbnail that still matches the channel style.

Deliverables
• One fully-edited video per brief, rendered in 4K or crisp 1080p, H.264, ready for immediate upload
• Separate thumbnail (1920 × 1080 JPG/PNG) when requested
• Project files and assets neatly organised in a hand-off folder

Acceptance criteria
The video should:
• Keep audience retention above 60 % in the first two minutes (tight pacing, compelling hooks)
• Follow the brand’s colour palette and typography guidelines I’ll provide
• Contain only licensed or free-to-use media
• Be delivered within the agreed timeline—typically 3 days per video
