YouTube Documentary Video Editor

Job ID: 40203582

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I run a documentary-explainer YouTube channel and need an editor who can give each episode the same energetic, insight-packed feel you see on Dhruv Rathee’s videos. You will receive the voice-over, reference script, screen recordings, and any original B-roll in a shared drive; your job is to shape that raw material into an 8-12-minute finished piece that viewers want to watch straight through.

Smooth transitions, well-timed background music, and concise text overlays are non-negotiable, because they are central to the style of the channel. When the narrative calls for it, please weave in royalty-free stock clips, simple motion graphics, or maps so that complex ideas stay clear and visually engaging.

You’re welcome to cut in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable professional NLE—just send me the master project file along with the final 1080p (or higher) MP4 so I can archive and repurpose assets.

Acceptance criteria
• Final video: 8–12 min, 16:9, 1080p+ MP4
• Seamless pacing with the three key elements: smooth transitions, background music, text overlays
• Two revision rounds included, delivered as separate project files or time-stamped notes

I review drafts within 24 hours and give consolidated feedback. If we work well together this will grow into a steady stream of assignments, so please share at least one previous explainer or documentary edit that shows you can match this style, and let me know your typical turnaround time. Let’s craft documentaries that inform and captivate.
