I’m producing a documentary-style video for YouTube and need a skilled editor to turn the raw footage into a captivating, story-driven final cut. The piece should flow naturally, keep viewers engaged from the first frame, and feel cinematic without losing its authentic, factual tone.
Key tasks
• Craft a clear narrative arc from the provided clips, trimming any dead space and tightening pacing.
• Layer in purposeful sound effects that heighten emotion and momentum while respecting dialogue clarity.
• Integrate supporting visuals—text call-outs, lower thirds, subtle motion graphics or stock cutaways—where they add context or energy.
• Balance colour, audio levels and overall dynamics so the export is YouTube-ready at 1080p or higher.
I’ll supply all footage, the storyline outline and music licenses; you’re welcome to edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve. Please deliver the master file plus the editable project.
