YouTube Documentary Edit

Job ID: 39820738

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m producing an YouTube documentary and I’m looking for a creative editor who can take raw interview footage, relevant stock clips, and my rough research notes and shape them into a modern, visually engaging story. The finished video needs to feel fresh and dynamic—think clean motion graphics, animated text overlays that highlight key facts, and smooth transitions that keep viewers watching through to the final reveal.

You’ll receive:
• 60–90 minutes of recorded interviews (multi-cam, 4K).
• A folder of suggested stock footage plus time-coded references for additional b-roll you might source.
• A script outline with the investigative arc already drafted.

Your core tasks:
• Assemble a compelling narrative flow, tightening interviews while preserving tone and authenticity.
• Design and integrate graphics, lower-thirds, and infographics that match a modern YouTube aesthetic.
• Colour-grade and audio-mix for clarity and consistency across all sources.
• Deliver one main cut (12–18 minutes) and a shorter teaser (60–90 seconds) ready for YouTube upload, complete with chapter markers.

Preferred tools are Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, but I’m open to DaVinci Resolve if that’s your speciality—just keep the final files organised so future tweaks are straightforward.

If you’ve edited investigative pieces with energetic pacing and data-driven visuals before, show me a link or two. I’ll share a short test segment to confirm style alignment, then we can dive into the full project.
