I will supply you with a steady stream of high-resolution wildlife clips, drone shots of the savannah, and stills of our luxury lodges in Uganda. Your job is to weave each set of assets into a warm, inviting 9:16 reel that stops thumbs on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Scope of work
• 30 finished videos every month, each running 7–14 seconds
• Vertical export (1080 × 1920, H.264) ready for immediate upload
• Colour-graded to keep the earth tones rich and natural
• Subtle text overlays to spotlight animal encounters, lodge amenities, or quick travel tips
• Smooth, modern transitions that feel effortless, never gimmicky
• A tasteful blend of ambient bush sounds and light background music to heighten emotion without overpowering the visuals
I handle the storyboarding and will organise all raw footage in clearly labelled folders. You handle the edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or any tool you prefer, as long as the results meet the quality shown in my sample references.
Acceptance criteria
1. Each reel delivered on or before the agreed weekly drop-date.
2. Audio balanced so dialogue (when present), natural ambience, and music sit comfortably together.
3. First draft includes a time-coded review link; two revision rounds are covered in the fee.
