The goal isn't just clean cuts—it's dynamic storytelling. You will be responsible for crafting the hook, writing a compelling voiceover script, pacing the edit to hold retention, and adding high-impact "live text" captions that keep viewers glued to the screen.
Key Responsibilities
Footage Curation: Sift through raw travel footage (A-roll and B-roll) to extract the most visually stunning and exciting moments.
Scriptwriting & Voiceover Copy: Write highly engaging, punchy 30–60 second scripts optimized for voiceovers (AI or human) with strong emotional hooks in the first 3 seconds.
Advanced Short-Form Editing: Deliver fast-paced, high-retention edits featuring smooth transitions, sound design (SFX), and perfectly timed background music.
Dynamic Captions & Live Text: Style animated, colorful on-screen captions (CapCut/Alex Hormozi style or clean modern aesthetic) to emphasize key words and maintain viewer focus.
Platform Optimization: Ensure all videos comply with the safe zones, aspect ratios (9:16), and algorithmic trends of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record of editing short-form content with high retention rates (please provide a portfolio or links to live TikToks/Reels/Shorts you've done).
Software: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
Storytelling: Strong understanding of pacing, psychological hooks, and visual storytelling.
