AI Video Specialists for Real Estate & Animation

Project Description:
Our AI video studio is hiring full-time specialists for two long-term projects. We have secured two large referral contracts and need elite artists to help us meet demand.

We are hiring for two separate roles:
Role 1: Real Estate Specialist
Task: Create cinematic video tours from still photos of properties.
Example from our channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NB5JOgJM5R0
Required Skill: Must be an expert in AI-driven camera motion (pans, zooms, fly-throughs) using tools like Runway, Luma, Midjourney, etc.
Role 2: Character Animation Specialist
Task: Animate 2D characters, logos, and mascots for brands.

Required Skill: Must be an expert in creating expressive, consistent character motion from a single image.
Mandatory Requirements for Both Roles:
Adobe Premiere Pro: You must be an expert. Our entire editing, color, and audio workflow is on Premiere. DaVinci Resolve is a plus but not a replacement.
AI Tool Expertise: You must be a master of modern AI video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo, Luma, etc.).
Relevant Portfolio: You MUST have examples for the role you are applying for.
What We Provide: We provide our team with full, licensed access to premium tools, including Higgsfield.
How to Bid:
Start your proposal with "ELITE ARTIST".
