Video and Picture edit to produce short product film

I have raw footage and pitucres what I still need is the creative polish—specifically, clean transitions paired with minimalistic text overlays.
Here is what I’m after:
• Seamless, tasteful transitions that keep the pace lively without drawing attention to themselves.
• Simple, modern text overlays for lower-thirds, titles, and the occasional call-out; no flashy fonts or bulky graphics—think subtle, readable, and on-brand.
When the edit is complete, please deliver:
1. The final video in 1080p H.264 (and the project file if you’re working in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
2. A version with captions burnt in if that’s faster for you—or a separate SRT is fine too.
