I'm looking for a skilled video editor to enhance a standard definition (SD) video. The primary focus of this project is to upscale the video resolution and improve overall video quality.

Key Requirements:
- Upscale video resolution from SD to at least HD
- Enhance video quality (e.g., reduce noise, improve brightness/contrast)
- Experience with color correction, adding special effects, and audio improvements is a plus
