Video Editors, Clip Finders, and Manager Needed

- Video editors(both long form and short form)
- Clip finders(for short form content)
- Manager(for managing teams)
1) VIDEO EDITING
must know - premeire pro and basic understanding of pacing and auto generated captions
additional - plus point if you know capcut or after effects too

Procedure - you will be asked to deliver x amount of videos per day, can be as many as you can do while also maintain the quality. Simple logic is, the more you provide, the more you earn.
Long term consistent work
Requirements - must 16yr+, have atleast 4h a day, should reply whenever needed to(being online), must be reliable
Tenure - 6 to 12 months(can be increased based on performance)
Pay rates:
shorts/reels - 100rs to 1000rs per short(depending on project), for commentary style immatt it will be 100rs. Ex: one of our editor does 30 shorts a day, so that is 3k inr per day
long form - 200rs to 4000rs per video(depending on project and work required)

2) CLIP FINDING
Job description :
- Reverse clip find(easier) - you will be given an edited video, and you will have to find its original clips by the use of google lens through social medias like Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Organic clip find(bit harder) - you will be given a reference channel and the idea about the type of clips you will be required to find. Unlike the reverse clip find where you find the exact original clip of the video which is given to you, here you will be required to understand the type of clips which the channel needs and then scroll on Instagram/TikTok to find similar clips. Which will be a new clip, that haven't been already edited on that channel.
Requirements - must 16yr+, have atleast 2h a day, should reply whenever needed to(being online), must be reliable
Tenure - 6 to 12 months(can be increased based on performance)
Pay rates:
15s per clip for reverse clip find
40rs per clip for organic clip find
Amount - Upto 30-50 clip finds per day

- Must have good communicational skills and know how to manage teams
- Other work related discussions will be done on a google meet call
Pay: Monthly pay around 5-15k, depending on the amount off tasks which you manage for Azolic
