Video Editor with Effects

I have raw footage that needs to be shaped into an engaging piece of 5 – 15 minutes. I want an advanced edit that goes beyond basic cuts: smooth, creative transitions should flow between scenes and dynamic text effects must highlight key moments or information on-screen.
All clips, music beds, and any brand assets are ready to share in a cloud folder; you can work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve as you prefer as long as the final render is clean-looking and exportable in 1080p (or higher if the source allows).
Deliverables
• One polished video (5-15 min) with the agreed transitions and text animations applied
• Final export in MP4 plus the editable project file
